Hi! I’m Elle.
I’m driven by a passion to make work better.
I believe that work can be a great source of fulfillment, purpose, and creativity, but many workplaces don’t cultivate an environment where people can contribute their best work.
I want to change that.
I’ve spent over a decade helping people work more intentionally, efficiently, and sustainably. As a coach and facilitator, I combine practical frameworks with a human approach to help people and teams learn new skills, communicate better, and refine their approach to work.
I also believe in having a full life outside of work. You can usually find me reading, cycling, playing music, learning languages, and hiking with my dog.
Experience
Independent coach and facilitator
Since 2019, I’ve worked with clients across tech, creative, entertainment, and nonprofit industries to create custom learning experiences that create real, lasting change.
Lately I’ve:
Coached a leadership team at a software company to improve their decision making, collaboration, and communication skills together
Facilitated a major product launch retrospective for a cross-functional team
Coached a senior leader to develop his delegation and time management skills as he took on more responsibility
Designed and facilitated a team offsite to help a newly-formed team get to know one another better and establish their priorities
Facilitated a difficult conversation between a CEO and his executive team
Learning and development roles in-house
I not only have experience working with clients, I’ve also worked and led teams at companies like Airbnb, Meta, small startups, and legacy software companies. This experience has allowed me to deeply understand what it’s like to actually work at these types of organizations.
At Airbnb, I led the program management and operations team for the Learning & Development function. We planned, strategized, and made learning experiences for our 7,000+ employees come to life. I also designed and facilitated classes on productivity, meetings, feedback, difficult conversations, and much more.
At Meta, I was the learning program manager for a team of hundreds of employees in sales, marketing, and product across the world. I designed and facilitated creative learning sessions on communication, management, and product knowledge, and ran onboarding programs for new hires.
